This is the thinking that scares me, and that is prevalent throughout Jewish life: Mark Helprin saying at the Wall Street Journal in a piece called "Why Israel Needs the Bomb," that he's sure glad Israel's got the bomb because of the delegitimization campaign against its policies. The message of the piece seems to be, Israel will nuke people before Jews will share power with Palestinians. (Did the South Africans say that? What about Saddam? Even going down, he didn't use nerve gas, right?)

Jeffrey Goldberg offered a similar rationale for Israeli attack on Iran a few weeks back: "The only reason Israel would risk rupturing relations with America [by attacking Iran] is if it feels it would have no future in an Iran-dominated Middle East." In the run-up to the Iraq war, Feith worked with Jewish Zionist Paul Wolfowitz in the Pentagon's Office of Special Plans assembling specious "evidence" against Iraq relating to WMD and ties to 9/11 that turned out to be baseless. Despite Feith and Wolfowitz's checkered pasts of double-dealing for Israel from inside the US government in the 1980's and 90's, they were hand-picked for their Pentagon posts by Dick Cheney.

A founding father of Communism,Zionist Moses Hess sought a war of conquest against “the German race”

Perhaps no one better personifies the axis of leftist thought, Jewish exceptionalism, and a vision of authoritarian imposition of Jewish messianicism than Moses Hess (pictured above), an early Jewish socialist who was a 19th Century precursor to the Jewish Bolsheviks. Hess was a compatriot of, and tremendous influence upon, Karl Marx (pictured below, himself descended from a line of rabbis), and Friedrich Engels.

...For if Jewry is not a race, but rather one splinter tribe or "ethnicity" within a larger "racial" grouping, then what, exactly, defines this tribe?

Jacob Schiff was head of the New York investment firm Kuhn, Loeb and Co, one of the most influential investment banks of the 19th and 20th centuries. He was one of the principal backers of the 1917 Bolshevik revolution and personally financed Trotsky's trip from New York to Russia. (Paul Warburg, heir of the Warburg banking family and son-in-law of Kuhn, Loeb co-founder Solomon Loeb, played a major role in the 1913 creation of the Federal Reserve banking cartel that monopolizes money-creation with U.S. government license to this day.)

The Bolshevik Jews did appear to sympathize with Talmudism more than with any other religion.
