Judeofascists tighten noose on free speech in Israel with anti-boycott law

In defense of settlements, Israel’s ruling coalition has launched an offensive against free speech.

This article is against the law. To be more precise: It includes a call for boycotting the products of West Bank settlements, a call that will be illegal in Israel as soon as legislation just approved by the Knesset is published in the official gazette and takes effect. That’s normally a matter of a couple of days, perhaps a week.

The Prohibition on Instituting a Boycott Act was submitted by Zeev Elkin—a West Bank settler and Likud politician who chairs the ruling coalition in Israel’s parliament. On Monday night, the Knesset passed the Boycott Act on a straight party-line vote, with the 47 members of the coalition and a far-right opposition party voting in favor, and the 38 members of center and left-wing opposition parties voting against.

Under the law, publicly calling for an “economic, academic or cultural” boycott of “the State of Israel, one of its institutions or an area under its control” is a “civil tort.” That is, publicly organizing or even supporting a boycott is grounds for the boycott’s target to file a civil suit, and for a court to award punitive damages even if the plaintiff doesn’t prove actual financial harm. Promoting a boycott isn’t a criminal act, but it’s definitely an illegal one, and the Knesset has made civil lawsuits the method of punishment. The phrase in the law referring to “an area under [Israel’s] control” is a very thinly-veiled reference to the West Bank. The phrase is there to outlaw boycotts of Israeli settlements in occupied territory. The legislation bans promoting a boycott of a specific settlement product—say, wine from ex-terrorist Menachem Livni’s vineyard near Hebron—or of everything produced in settlement farms and industry. If the Israeli actors who publicly refused last year to appear on the stage in the new theater in the settlement of Ariel stick to their position, they too may face legal action...MORE...LINK

In the diaspora, the Judeofascist Left wages war against free speech under the auspices of security against "hate speech."

The constant is the statist-authoritarian impulse and agenda, a desire to use government to suppress speech organized Jewry doesn't want to hear (no matter how true or necessary for it to hear) and the fact that these oppressive laws are necessitated in the first place by organized Jewry's abhorrent behavior itself, which naturally and inevitably results in blowback, backlash, or some hostile response.

Of course, in both cases, the Judeofascists pretend to be the innocent party, the injured party, merely defending themselves against aggressors and taking reasonable measures.

It's all mindful of how organized Jewry and its left-wing and neocon collaborators leverage the Holocaust (TM) at every opportunity to their political advantage, but suppress, ridicule and deny the preceding and precedent-setting Stalinist and Jewish Bolshevik-perpetrated holocaust in the Soviet sphere, which was the probably the decisive historical ingredient leading to the Nazi-perpetrated Holocaust.

The only difference between the Judeofascist Left and the Judeofascist Right is where they are located, and the extent to which they are willing to let their "victim" mask slip to reveal the self-serving, fascist-collectivist, totalitarian agenda underneath.

These Judeofascists of both Left and Right seem to believe that if they can use a totalitarian state run by their cult system to suppress free speech, control historical truth and thought, and re-define right from wrong, they can actually change reality itself to suit their agenda.

This is exactly "the Party's" mindset and modus operandi described by George Orwell in his novel 1984, only instead of an electroshock device, the Judeofascist Party passes speech laws, hate laws, an employs relentless Holocaust indoctrination and "anti-Semitism" accusations as their enforcement mechanisms (when they're not inciting massive wars to do the job). A founding father of Communism,Zionist Moses Hess sought a war of conquest against “the German race”

Perhaps no one better personifies the axis of leftist thought, Jewish exceptionalism, and a vision of authoritarian imposition of Jewish messianicism than Moses Hess (pictured above), an early Jewish socialist who was a 19th Century precursor to the Jewish Bolsheviks.
