Right-wing parties are growing stronger in Europe, and Swiss citizens have even voted in favor of a ban on mosque minarets, yet the fear or hatred of Islam in the continent has dropped over the past year, according to a study conducted in Germany and published Sunday. However, hatred of Jews and homosexuals is on the rise.

For the last eight years, the Institute for Interdisciplinary Research on Conflict and Violence at the University of Bielefeld has been running an annual study called "German Conditions" to learn about "group focused enmity“ such as xenophobia, sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, and prejudices against unemployed, disabled, homeless or homosexual people in Germany.
Due to the financial crisis and the fears of the future, poverty and unemployment that are being stoked by that, the researchers expected a rise this year.

But compared to last year's results (as well as those of 2002), the level of resentment against most minorities declined – sexism and racism even considerably, Islamophobia slightly. There were only two exceptions: Homophobia and anti-Semitism.

Who do you think J Street Director Jeremy Ben-Ami was talking about when he said this to the Washington Independent’s Spencer Ackerman:

"We are deeply supportive of the diplomatic route. But if the diplomatic route is completely disregarded and the offer [rejected] — after probably ten or 20 warnings, they’re practically beyond saying no. They’re sticking a finger in the eye of the world. The U.S. has really tried to find a way to offer them a path to full engagement. There have to be consequences. We can’t just allow that kind of disregard of the international community."

Answer: Iran.

He was offering his justification for J Street’s support of Rep. Howard Berman’s Iran Refined Petroleum Sanctions Act which would "would limit Iran’s ability to import and produce refined petroleum products by requiring the president to impose sanctions on companies helping Iran in these areas." Critics think the bill will only punish the Iranian people, and leave the Iranian government unscathed.

This exchange seemed especially ironic in light of J Street’s repeated efforts to undermine the grassroots boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement to hold Israel accountable for at least 42 years of Israeli intransigence in the face of the the international community (a bit more than "probably ten or 20 warnings"). And while they seem willing to back sanctions against the entire country of Iran, J Street has yet to offer the most basic form of accountability for Israel’s continued disregard for international law and US policy in the region other than to say that the US’s $3 billion a year in military aid "should not be on the table."

According to the lobby's Chairman, Ofer Cohen, they have received backing by the rabbis, "and we are even considering publishing the names of the businesses that put up Christian symbols ahead of the Christian holiday and call for a boycott against them."

Fliers and ads distributed among the public read, "The people of Israel have given their soul over the years in order to maintain the values of the Torah of Israel and the Jewish identity.

Game theory war-planners rely on mathematical models to anticipate and shape outcomes with staged provocations. For the agent provocateur, the reactions to a provocation—as well as the reactions to those reactions—thereby become predictable within an acceptable range of probabilities.

With ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan poised to expand to Iran and Pakistan, it is time to take a closer look at how conflicts are catalyzed—by way of deception.

When Israeli game theorist Robert J. Aumann received the 2005 Nobel Prize in economic science, he conceded from Jerusalem, “the entire school of thought that we have developed here in Israel” has turned “Israel into the leading authority in this field.” A professor at the Center for the Study of Rationality at Hebrew University, Aumann’s Nobel lecture, titled “War and Peace,” expounded on the rationality of war.

With a well-modeled provocation, a target’s anticipated reaction can even become a weapon in the aggressor’s arsenal. In response to the provocation of 9-11, how difficult was it to foresee that the U.S. would deploy its military to avenge that attack? With U.S. intelligence “fixed” by well-placed insiders around a predetermined goal, how difficult was it to anticipate that the reaction to 9-11 could be redirected to wage war in Iraq?

The emotional component of a provocation plays a key role in game theory warfare. With the nationally televised mass murder of 3,000 people, a state of shock, grief and outrage made it easier for Americans to believe that a known Evil Doer in Iraq was responsible—regardless of the facts.

For false beliefs to displace real facts requires mental preconditioning so that a targeted population can be persuaded to put their faith in fictions. That conditioning enhances the probability of a successful deception. Those who deceived the U.S. to invade Iraq in March 2003 began a decade beforehand to lay the “mental threads” and make the requisite mental associations to advance that agenda...

As an adviser to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Perle’s Pentagon advisory post provided a powerful insider position to shape the national security mindset around the removal of Saddam Hussein, a key theme of A Clean Break—released five years before 9-11. That same year Netanyahu addressed a joint session of Congress at the invitation of Newt Gingrich, the Christian Zionist Speaker of the House.

Murders, books, articles, think tanks and well-placed insiders are common components in a “probabilistic” model deployed by war-planning game theorists. Lawmakers are also a customary ingredient. They provide credibility and a facade of legitimacy—a critical element when inducing a nation to war with phony intelligence fixed around a preset agenda.

That role was eagerly filled by Senators John McCain, Joe Lieberman, a Jewish Zionist from Connecticut, and Jon Kyl, a Christian Zionist from Arizona, when they co-sponsored the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998. By promoting Israel’s 1996 agenda for Securing the Realm, their legislation laid yet another mental thread in the public mindset by calling for the ouster of Saddam Hussein—three years before 9-11.

The legislation also appropriated $97 million to promote their agenda. Distracted by mid-term Congressional elections and impeachment proceedings catalyzed by a well-timed presidential affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton signed that Zionist agenda into law in October 1998—4-1/2 years before a U.S.-led invasion removed the Iraqi leader.

After 9-11, McCain and Lieberman became inseparable travel companions and irrepressible advocates for the invasion of Iraq. Striking a presidential pose aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt in January 2002, McCain—a son and grandson of admirals—laid another mental thread when he waved an admiral’s cap and proclaimed, alongside Lieberman, “On to Baghdad.”

The confidence with which this game theory strategy progressed in plain sight could be seen in the behavior of Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, another Zionist insider. Four days after 9-11 while in a principals’ meeting at Camp David, he proposed that the U.S. invade Iraq. At that time, the intelligence did not point to Iraqi involvement and Osama bin Laden was thought to be hiding in a remote region of Afghanistan....

The common pro-Israeli source of the phony intelligence that induced war in Iraq has yet to be acknowledged even though intelligence experts agree that deception on such a scale required a decade to plan, staff, pre-stage, orchestrate and—until now—cover up. The leaders of the 9-11 Commission conceded they were thwarted by Commission members adamantly opposed to hearing testimony on the hijackers’ motivation for 9-11: the U.S.-Israeli relationship.

The fictions reported as facts by mainstream media included Iraqi WMD, Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda, Iraqi meetings with Al Qaeda in Prague, Iraqi mobile biological weapons laboratories and Iraqi purchases of “yellowcake” uranium from Niger. Only the last claim was conceded as bogus prior to the invasion.

Only after the war began were the balance of the claims disclosed as false, flawed or outright fabricated. An attempt to punish former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Joe Wilson for his exposure of the phony yellowcake account led to a federal conviction of vice-presidential chief of staff Lewis Libby, another well-placed Zionist insider...

In the asymmetry that typifies modern warfare, those who are few in number have no alternative when pursuing an expansionist agenda but to wage their wars by way of deception. To maintain its perceived status as a perennial victim, Israeli aggression must proceed non-transparently. Its only option is to operate with duplicitous means, including leveraging the power of its insider influence to advance an agenda from the shadows.

Thus the strategic necessity that this extremist enclave befriend the U.S.—with the intent to betray that friendship to advance its geopolitical goals. Thus the strategic need to create a relationship of trust with a post-WWII super power—in order to defraud us. How else could Colonial Zionists wage their wars except with our military? How else could Jewish nationalists induce our aggression absent the widely shared belief that Israel is not an aggressor but a victim?...

Game theory war-planners manipulate the shared mental environment by shaping the perceptions and impressions that become consensus opinions. With a combination of well-timed crises, fixed intelligence and a complicit media, policy-makers can be induced to support a predetermined agenda—not because lawmakers are Evil Doers but because the public mindset has been pre-conditioned to respond to manipulated thoughts, emotions and beliefs.

Without the mass murder of 9-11, would America’s credibility be in tatters and its creditworthiness in jeopardy? By steadily displacing facts with false beliefs, those duplicitous few-within-the-few amplify the impact of their deceit. By their steady focus on the mental environment, game theory war-planners can defeat an opponent with vastly superior resources...

From its outset, the Zionist enterprise sought supremacy in the Middle East. To date, its alliance with the U.S. has enabled the deployment of American military might in pursuit of goals set by Jewish nationalists more than a half-century before a Christian Zionist U.S. president was induced to extend nation-state recognition. Excellent article. Disturbing article. My only nitpick is that Samuel Huntington’s Clash of Civilizations should not be read as an incitement, but rather as a warning that all of these civilizations American Empire-pushers were busy poking in the eye were not as stupid and incapable as the chauvinistic and patronizing American elite believed them to be.

Of course, the perpetual warmongering neocons leveraged the phrase and book into a metaphor for alleged monolithic Islamic designs and assaults on the West, and the false-opposition left-liberals used Huntington as a straw man to attack and criticize realist/paleocon conservatism as warmongering itself. But Huntington was actually a very moderate and prophetic conservative who could see the writing on the wall and issued a warning. Israeli freelance writer Lisa Goldman is accusing me, at her Twitter feed here, of fueling antisemitism for pointing out that both NY Times reporters in Israel are Jewish, one of them is Israeli, and both are married to Israelis.

As if ethnicity and religion have anything to do with anything, she seems to be saying.

This sort of accusation has prevented a lot of intelligent people from even looking into issues of Jewish media presence/power, out of fear of being labelled antisemites. Goldman’s wrong for a few reasons:

I wish Jewishness was neutral factor in this. It’s not. Not when Dershowitz says, accurately, that the secular religion of American Jews is supporting Israel. Goldman might say, Well many many Jews don’t buy the Dershowitz religion. And she’s right: I don’t. Adam Horowitz doesn’t. Cecilie Surasky doesn’t. But we have all had to undertake a conscious struggle with that programming and have risked excommunication in doing so. Some of us have been excommunicated, denied a livelihood, etc. We are proud Jews. Yet we are Jews taking on a monolithic identification syndrome. The orthodoxy inside Jewish life over Israel is as strong as the Catholic orthodoxy on abortion...

As long as Jews define Jewishness as being support for Israel, then Jewishness is on the table to be examined. Sensitively. But it must be on there. A couple months back Morton Sobell, hearing about the horrors of the Gaza slaughter at the Brecht Forum, said that after generations of concern with anti-Semitism, now we must look at "Semitism." He meant that we must take on issues of nationalist chauvinism within Jewish life.

The Times coverage on Israel/Palestine is biased; we’ve demonstrated this often. It reflects the Israeli lullabye that the Israelis are a democracy up against religious terrorism. It’s an important question for us to consider: why the Times coverage is biased. Peter Beinart at the Daily Beast argues that Obama’s double-down Afghan strategy demonstrates that the Israel lobby lacks influence over such decisions, because this time, unlike Iraq, the Israel lobby is sitting on its hands.

"So if the Israel lobby played a major role in luring America into the Iraq war, you’d expect its absence from the Afghan debate to have made a difference. But it hasn’t. It’s not just that the Obama administration decided to send 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan without any pressure from Jerusalem. It’s that virtually all the prominent “neoconservatives” who allegedly backed the Iraq war out of concern for Israel backed the Afghan surge too, even though this time, Israel and its lobbyists took no position.

"Walt and Mearsheimer are wrong: The neocons aren’t warlike on Israel’s behalf; they’re just plain warlike."

This is a deceptive analysis. In attempting to argue that Zionism is not an important factor in American foreign-policy decisions, Beinart uses the walnut-shell of Manicheanism. Undoubtedly the neocons are manichean. The real issue is and always has been: how important is Zionism to the neocons’ and liberal hawks’ thinking?

Beinart is himself a liberal hawk and Israel lobbyist who supported the Iraq mistake. It seems from this column that he is supporting the Afghanistan mistake too. Beinart is hardly a neutral observer. Last year he conducted private sessions for AIPAC big-funders on how to influence the 2008 election. He also published a book pushing the Iraq war as a good thing for the Arab world in which he made no mention of the Israeli occupation.

Beinart really ought to begin any honest analysis by telling us: How important were his Israel feelings to his support for Iraq? But he doesn’t. He’s hiding behind the Zionist neocons, whom he seems to distance himself from even as he behaves like them.

It is important to remember that neoconservatism came out of the Jewish community (per Heilbrunn, Ginsburg, Garfinkle, and Friedman, all authors on the subject); and that neocons became neoconservative in some large measure because of support for American militancy on behalf of Israeli militancy following the scary Yom Kippur War. Norman Podhoretz went all the way with this ideology, and supports the idea of World War IV with the Muslim world with Israel as the front line. Many other neocons, and liberal hawks who were influenced by the neocon ideology, would endorse that strategy. I wonder how much of that stuff Beinart believes.

Beinart is right that Afghanistan brings a different set of motivations. Many of the liberal-hawk Israel-lobbyist types– the Tom Friedman’s of the world– are now against Afghanistan. And surely there are some realists who support the Afghan surge out of concern for Pakistani nukes. But the issue that Beinart seeks to obscure, because of his own Zionist warmaking resume, is, How important is Zionism to the intellectuals who are pushing war in the Middle East?...LINK

Perhaps the open Israel lobby is keeping its powder dry for the push for a U.S war against Iran. Besides, it doesn't need to go all out for every surge since it has its crypto Israel lobby, comprised of Jewish nationalist neoliberals and Jewish nationalist neocons, both well ensconced in American media, to do Israel's bidding for it.

It looks like international Zionism has learned from its mistakes, and will only openly get out front, and go all-out, when its Jewish Zionist agents operating under cover of "objective" mainstream media, or quietly making back-room deals with the corrupt Congress, are unable to incite more American wars for Israeli interests by themselves. Were communism and socialism originally implemented as a Trojan Horse for Jewish exceptionalism and international Zionism?

(By Chris Moore) -- After together murdering millions of Christians, dissidents, Cossacks and peasants in the early years of the Soviet Union, Leon Trotsky and Joseph Stalin finally reached a cross-roads in a doctrinal dispute and power struggle. Later, Trotkyists and Stalinists the world over also famously broke with one another over the question of how socialism should be implemented -- in one country first, which became the Stalinist model, or internationally (in multiple countries simultaneously), which was the Trotskyite model. Most Jewish communists adopted Trotskyism.

One explanation for this is simply Jewish ethnocentrism, since Trotsky himself was Jewish. But taking into consideration that: 1) Moses Hess, the originator of the phrase "Religion is the opiate of the masses," tutored both Karl Marx and Frederick Engels (whose Communist Manifesto was and is the intellectual basis of communism and socialism), but Hess was himself a Jewish Zionist; 2) many Russian Jewish communists started out in the Jewish Bund, and Jews later became disproportionately prevalent in the Soviet hierarchy likely by means of ethnic-networking; 3) many Soviet Jewish Communists later abandoned Stalin and his nationalist communism for socialist-Zionist Israel, or for America; 4) the FBI found that up to 60 percent of Communist Party members in circa 1940's America were Jewish; 5) many Trotskyite Jewish-American Communists later became staunch Zionist neoconservatives and neoliberals...Taking all of that into consideration, is it possible and even likely that most Jewish "communists" and "socialists" never really believed in the universal brotherhood and social justice platform and platitudes of communism at all, and simply viewed it as a promising vessel for international Zionism and Jewish-nationalist exceptionalism? And beyond that, is it possible that there is no scientific or "objective" basis to communism whatsoever since both "communism" and "socialism" were largely contrived and internationally promoted and proselytized by Jewish exceptionalists merely as a Trojan Horse for Jewish nationalism and international Zionism all along?

This begs another question: Have today's Jewish-American Zionists, as epitomized by the Israel lobby and both its in-the-open and closeted adherents, merely switched their former "communist" and "socialist" crypto-Zionist packaging for more openly Zionist (but still subversively hostile to Gentile political and social interests) neoliberal and neoconservative packaging?; and would the combined entirety of Jewish Zionism's economic, political, social and cultural influence in the U.S. explain America's ongoing Middle East wars to the detriment of its own geoolitical interests, and to the benefit of Israeli hegemony in the Levant and beyond?

Israeli organ-harvesters motivated by greed or revenge? Both: "The world owes it to us"

Israeli Organ Trafficking and Theft: From Moldova to Palestine

In August Sweden’s largest daily newspaper published an article containing grisly evidence suggesting that Israel had been taking Palestinian internal organs. The article, by veteran photojournalist Donald Bostrom, called for an international investigation to discover the facts.1

Israel immediately accused Bostrom and the newspaper of “anti-Semitism,” and charged that suggesting Israelis could be involved in the illicit removal of body parts constituted a modern “blood libel” (medieval stories of Jews killing people for their blood).2

Numerous Israeli partisans repeated these accusations, including Commentary’s Jonathan Tobin, who asserted that the story was “merely the tip of the iceberg in terms of European funded and promoted anti-Israel hate.”3 Others suggested that the newspaper was “irresponsible” for running such an article.4

The fact is, however, that Israeli organ harvesting—sometimes with Israeli governmental funding and the participation of high Israeli officials, prominent Israeli physicians, and Israeli ministries—has been documented for many years. Among the victims have been Palestinians.

Nancy Scheper-Hughes is Chancellor’s Professor of Medical Anthropology at the University of California Berkeley, the founder of Organ Watch, and the author of scholarly books and articles on organ trafficking. She is the pundit mainstream media call upon when they need expert commentary on the topic.5

While Scheper-Hughes emphasizes that traffickers and procurers come from numerous nations and ethnicities, including Americans and Arabs, she is unflinchingly honest in speaking about the Israeli connection:

“Israel is at the top,” she states. “It has tentacles reaching out worldwide.”6

In a lecture last year sponsored by New York’s PBS 13 Forum, Scheper-Hughes explained that Israeli organ traffickers, “had and still have a pyramid system at work that’s awesome…they have brokers everywhere, bank accounts everywhere; they’ve got recruiters, they’ve got translators, they’ve got travel agents who set up the visas.”

Lest this sound simply like a successful international concern, it’s important to understand the nature of such a business.

As Scheper-Hughes describes it, organ trafficking consists of “paying the poor and the hungry to slowly dismantle their bodies.”

Organ traffickers prey on the world’s poorest, most desperate citizens—slum dwellers, inhabitants of dying villages, people without means or hope. Traffickers promise them what seem like astronomical sums of money (from $1,000 to $10,000)—which they frequently don’t even deliver—in return for vital internal organs...

In her Forum 13 lecture Scheper-Hughes discussed the two motivations of Israeli traffickers. One was greed, she said. The other was somewhat chilling: “Revenge, restitution—reparation for the Holocaust.”

She described speaking with Israeli brokers who told her “it’s kind of ‘an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. We’re going to get every single kidney and liver and heart that we can. The world owes it to us.’”

Scheper-Hughes says that she “even heard doctors saying that.”

For many years Israelis in need of an internal organ have gone on what experts call “transplant tourism”—traveling to other nations to obtain internal organs. Sometimes body parts are obtained from those freshly dead; more often from the desperately needy. While affluent people from numerous countries and ethnicities engage in this practice, Israel is unique in several significant ways.

First, Israelis engage in this at an extraordinarily high rate. According to a 2001 BBC report, Israelis buy more kidneys per capita than any other population.

Second, Israelis have the lowest donor rate in the world—one-fifth that of Europe, according to BBC. This is in part because there has been a widespread impression that Jewish religious law prohibits transplants as a “desecration of the body.”10 The Israeli news service Ynet reports, “the percentage of organs donated among Jews is the lowest of all the ethnic groups.”11

Third, the Israeli government has enabled the practice. For many years the Israeli health system subsidized its citizens’ “transplant holidays,” reimbursing Israelis $80,000 for medical operations abroad. Much of the remaining costs could often be obtained from government-subsidized12 Israeli insurance plans.13 In addition, Israel’s Ministry of Defense was directly involved.

Scheper-Hughes discussed Israeli organ trafficking in detail in 2001 in published testimony to the Subcommittee on International Relations and Human Rights of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.14 In her extensive testimony, Scheper-Hughes stated that although Israel had become a pariah for its organ policies, Israeli officials exhibited “amazing tolerance…toward outlawed ‘transplant tourism.’”...Cont'd...LINK

Anti-Zionist Canada group formed to combat Zionist take-over of Canada

(Radical Press) -- There is today, here in Canada and around the world, what Michael Bakunin once described as a “sense of palpitating urgency” with respect to the growing threat to all democratic nations and institutions by this alien force known as Political Zionism. Due to its inordinate power to infiltrate and subvert representatives of all governments thanks to the enormous wealth and media control which it controls in an absolute fashion once sovereign nations like Canada no longer find themselves in control of their own destiny but rather, find themselves in the unenviable position of being nothing more than front nations for the state of Israel and the Rothschild cartel that created and owns that illegitimate bastard child of the World Zionist Organization.

One by one the independent countries outside of Israel have fallen to the Zionist lobby which, via subterfuge, undue influence and the machinations of those government representatives who have succumbed to the Zionist rhetoric both politically and spiritually (”Christian” Zionists) has now taken control of Canada’s parliament and judiciary to such a blatant extreme that our Prime Minister, Stephen Harper is sounding more like Israel’s Prime Minister every day and his henchmen, Ministers such as Jason Kenney, act as if they were 1st Class Honor graduates of the Knesset rather than patriotic Canadians.

Anti-Zionist Canada is a possible first step here in Canada in resisting this global conspiracy to usurp the democratic powers of independent nations. It is hoped that it will become more of a working body of patriotic partisans who will debate and discuss and share ideas that might take root and eventually grow into a world wide movement to expose and eventually dismantle the present infrastructure of tyranny now threatening the stability of the planet as a whole. One might also view it as a think tank; one that will eventually challenge and roll over that juggernaut known as Zionism and allow the world to resume its normal course of free and democratic development.

Below I am posting the tentative Mission Statement of the group along with its Objectives. These will be subject to alteration and improvement once the group evolves. Think of them as merely a working model. Also included is the url to the group site. I’m not clear yet whether or not one can join at the site but if not and you wish to join simply send me an email and I will send you an invite.

Please give this idea some sober, serious thought. The Zionists are here and they have taken control of our government and our institutions and our media. Only a fool or someone in deep denial would argue against that assertion. They gained the ground they did by cooperating and working together. If we want to win back our nation then we’d bloody well sit up and pay attention and do likewise.

Gutsy progressive congressman Alan Grayson leads a double life

Since defeating an incumbent in Florida’s Republican-heavy 8th congressional district last year, Rep. Alan Grayson has emerged as one of the progressive movement’s most vocal champions. His attacks on Republican obstruction of healthcare reform and staunch opposition to escalation in Afghanistan have earned Grayson effusive praise from many liberal bloggers and activists.

Even before his election, Grayson gained recognition from the Wall Street Journal for being a "fierce critic of the war in Iraq" who sported a "Bush Lied, People Died" bumper sticker on his car. Recently, Grayson to CNN, "People want to see a congressman with guts. And America likes to hear the truth."

Grayson has battled for the public option and opposed the wars Obama has inherited from Bush. Of course, these positions are upheld by a broad swath of congressional Democrats and, at least in the case of the public option, are supported by a majority of Americans. But when it comes to the Israel-Palestine conflict, Grayson is fully programmed by AIPAC and the pro-war, pro-settlements wing of the Israel Lobby.

In an interview in March with the Philadelphia Jewish Voice, Grayson revealed two meetings he held the previous week with AIPAC Executive Director Howard Kohr. In the interview, Grayson explained how Kohr helped to "educate" him about Israel-related issues, then misquoted the Abba Eban line, "The Arabs never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity."



GRAYSON: I met with Howard Kohr, the head of AIPAC [American Israel Public Affairs Committee], twice last week.

PJV: And what was the gist of the conversation?

GRAYSON: The gist of the conversation was that Iran is a tremendous threat to Israel and needs to be stopped. And I agree with that.

PJV: And what about what is going on in the Gaza Strip; was there any conversation about that?

GRAYSON: Yes, we talked about that. I think what AIPAC often tries to do is to educate Members of Congress who frankly follow this a lot less closely than I do. In my case, I read Haaretz and the Jerusalem Post online four or five times a week, so I am pretty familiar with the circumstances and why the war took place. As a famous Israeli once said, the Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.


Grayson’s January 8th statement explaining his vote in favor of Israel’s assault on the Gaza Strip read like a mimeograph of those released by other AIPAC-friendly members of Congress. However, its introductory line stood out: "Congressman Alan Grayson, one of three incoming Jewish members of Congress, issued the following statement on the situation in Gaza."

Why did Grayson feel compelled to advertise his religion in a statement in favor of a war that would ultimately kill 1400 people, including at least 400 women and children, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza? Grayson lately voted to condemn the Goldstone Report that confirmed these figures. And why does Grayson toe the AIPAC line on Israel’s wars while fervently opposing the wars America wages in the Middle East to supposedly stamp out Islamic terror?
