New York Jewish Lawyer Savagely Attacks Freedom of Speech

A U.S. Jewish Lawyer and Israeli Law Firm Attack the First Amendment
In an effort to silence objectivity towards the Jewish state of Israel the U.S. Jewish lawyer David I. Schoen, along with the Israeli law firm Nitsana Darshan-Leitner & Co. have filed a $5 million lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his publisher Simon & Schuster over Carter’s ground breaking and thought provoking book, Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid.Currently, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York is Loretta A. Preska. George A. Yanthis sits as the Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge and the Southern District includes 9/11 cover up artist, Judge Hellerstein.
On David Schoen’s website he states that he has “a deep personal interest in and commitment to Israel.”
Too bad he doesn’t feel the same way about American, the U.S. Constitution and freedom of speech and of the press.
Hellerstein is the judge handling all 9/11 court cases, like the one from widow Ellen Mariani, who ruled against truth when he issued this edict: "... “preventing her from having a direct role in the 9-11 wrongful death action arising from her husband’s murder on United Airlines Flight 175."
Hellerstein eventually closed the lawsuit WITHOUT any participation from Ellen Mariani.
“The timing was very curious,” Leichty informed AFP. “Judge Hellerstein also took the unusual steps of closing both the case that Ellen had filed in 2001—the first wrongful death case filed against the airlines after 9-11—and the case that had been filed by her stepdaughter, Lauren Peters.”
These two cases were closed subject to the condition that any party who objected by October 31 could ask the judge to restore them to his calendar, Leichty noted. When Mariani objected, however, she was rebuffed. Federal court cases are usually not declared “closed” at all until there is either a judgment or a dismissal, which can be entered after a settlement. But Leichty said neither a judgment nor a dismissal was entered in the more active of the two Mariani cases that Judge Hellerstein closed.Thank Yahweh for all the 'Chosen Ones' watching over their penned up cattle in the USA!!!...MORE...LINK
